deonylzolpidem

Unfortunately if they're not GABAergic depressants, they won't b recreational depressants, either.

I like the idea of an alpha-keto-DMT, though. They should be active as depressants and psychedelics, and probably provide low dose psilocybin-like visuals + Zopiclone-type sedation.

I wonder how orally active it would be. AMT is, I guess.

In my own experience with zolpidem, the "trippy" effects were more like those of dissociatives than those brought on by psychedelics. In fact, zolpidem reminded me a LOT of PCP.

Does anyone have any clue what zolpidem does to NMDA receptors?

Also, take a look here. Mostly anecdotal but still something.

Again, that's really not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about GABAergic-Anxiolytic CNS Depressants.

I think that perhaps alpha-keto-PEAs would be useful depressants as well.

Mephenoxalone has a similar structure, as does Beclamide.

Actually the most similar is Embutramide, but it has the ketone on the opposite side of the amine.

I don't think it should be any problem problem for it to have a shorter carbon chain, either.

On Blacklight Mattpsy pointed out that one of the most consistent themes of GABAergic depressants is either CC(=O)N or OC(=O)N or NC(=O)N (Acetamide, Carbamate, Urea) structure either in a ring, or in a chain that could easily form a ring in vivo.

Those that are locked into a ring seem to be the most potent.

I'll see if I can re-post here the image I put up at Blacklight. I spent 3 or 4 hours putting as many representative of as many anticonvulsant/anxiolytic/hypnotic families I could come up with into a JPEG, with their names and dose (the dosing isn't 100%, many are in mg/kg, but some I just came up with an effective tested or prescribed dose).

It's a pretty useful/interesting document, if I may say so myself. Unfortunately, though, I included too many anticonvulsant ICFs (Ion Channel Fuckers) that have very similar structural requirements, but just muddle it up. (For my purpose they are needed though)

Here it is:
