Delsym extraction possibly not working?

Hey guys, I'm new here so I don't exactly know where to post this. Anyway, earlier today I did a Delsym cold water extraction and took the powder I got from it in capsule form. That was probably about 4 hours ago and I'm not sure if I feel anything. Do you guys think it might eventually kick in?
 
For additional info if this helps, I have done dxm at least 20 times, most of the times being Hbr. I figured one 5oz bottle would do me in because it's been a few months since my last trip.
