I got some d-methamp a while back, & I've just had a look at it for the first time in months & what was white crystals has now gone a bit yellow.

Is this degraded? Is it still going to be (nearly) as good as it was?

Yeah as long as it wasn't exposed to extreme heat or anything, it should be fine. Chemicals tend to change over time...take Listerine mouthwash for example (not quite methamphetamine, I know)...but upon exposure to extreme heat or cold, the liquid becomes cloudy, but its antiseptic properties are not affected. Same rule would probably apply in your situation.

Most crystalline chemicals exist in two or more polymorphic states, and often the forms are interconvertable. My guess would be that the yellowish crystal is a more thermodynamically stable polymorph than the original crystal. At any rate, its probably OK, although the different polymorphs of many pharmaceuticals have different absorption rates and BAs. A polymorph is simply more than one way of packing the molecules together to form a crystal, and some are more desirable than others. Not sure about meth, though, but I wouldn't be surprised if it came in multiple forms depending on how it was made.

Actually I've kept meth in storage twice for a few months before (I happened to be close friends with the chef :D ) and when I went to dive into my stash, both times the dope had changed a little. The first time, the dope was made using the anhydrous-ammonia reduction method, and the rocks gradually went from hard and crystally to soft and crumbly over two months. The second time, I had about 1.5 grams of some nice off-white crystals made using the red phosphorous / hydriodic acid method. Like in your case, the crystals kinda changed to a yellowish color, and they had clumped together (I'm thinking that was because of humidity though, cuz it was hidden in my basement). That happened after three months.
But in both cases, the potency of the methamp was not affected.
