Define Ur Religion or Theology

well they considered him the creator/god of the world...as far as i know
the lowest god, who was birthed by sophia

All i have to say on the subject of 'god is evil' is: God loves you so much he'll give you cancer, let you die a horrible painful death for a few years, let your family all watch you slowly die, then cast you into a realm where only pain and suffering exists for eternity.

yeah, thats the loving god all of you christians and what not worship. It disgusts me to say the least.. but at the same time i cant help but feel sorry for people who have been brain washed into these religions.. i really do hope you come to your senses one day.

I mean i believed in god, and started to 'sort of' become a christian between 10-14.. then as i got older(15-16) and with it, smarter, i realised how much of a crock of shit that god and religion in general is. In my opinion, you seriously have to be pretty fucking retarded to believe that shit.. i just cant even fathom believing in it now that im not some stupid gullible kid. It really is for the weak minded tbh.

MyDoors: Well it is not well know but Buddhist missionaries were throughout the Mid-East in the Gnostic Era and immediately before it, though as I have been saying the corss-ollination was taking place since time began.

MDMA: On Mormonism, my problem with the faith is 2 fold. First, I do not like that until relatively recently they held whites to be superior, and foremost because of their aggressive missionary activity. they have acookie cutter church right here on my road in the middle of the Mindaowan bush, though noone worshipping in it that I see.

God himself could come down and appear before you or me and proceed to explain every mystery in the universe, and most if not all people would spend the rest of their lives convincing themselves that it never happened and that they only imagined it. If they told anyone of the experience, they would forever be branded as crazy, demented and most likely schizophrenic.

So discussion of the subject seems a bit fruitless to me.

^ This is why, for better or for worse, I'm often willing to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who's absolutely convinced they've had an otherworldly experience of some kind, and have learned from it. So long as what they've experienced has not motivated them to hurt or alienate other people, I'll not be the one to raise an eyebrow and pull out my DSM-IV. (No, in case you're wondering, I have no interest in specializing in psychiatry.)

Because you really never know. If Chuang Tzu woke up and realized he was a butterfly, and proceeded to tell all his butterfly friends about his other life as a human, they'd surely put him where they put all the 'crazy' butterflies, and he'd be glad to find ONE who'd take him seriously, even if being human was only a dream.

One of my most profound drug experiences (k hole) has forced me, perhaps for the rest of my life, to take very seriously the possibility that I am living in a simulation, or that the reality I see every day is but a veneer. I'm still grounded in reality, in that I follow its rules. (You'll never find me pounding on a plate glass window screaming to let me out of the Matrix.) But I'm more willing to entertain the idea that surface reality hides a lot, and more willing to entertain those who are certain they've seen beyond.
