Well I've done opiates for many years, from hydrocodone to H to percocet to hydromorphone etc. Never became physically tolerant, anyway last year I was smoking Heroin I'd say about 7-8x a month till the point my hydrocodone dosage increased till I need about 50-60mgs to feel euphoric. I know my tolerance wwas gonna increase obviously but my question is how long does it ttake to drop? I haven't done any opiatess in 6-7 months AT ALL but iI recently got ahold of some 10/325 norcos, I don't wanna just dose to high if it dropped because if it did decrease 40mgs etc could easily kill me...what you guys think?

How could I go about choosing the right dose? All opinions welcome thanks BL

7 months is very long.

15-20mg first then go from there.

I've been told in the past opiate tolerance drops quickly. I used to take codeine once a week at 300mg and the effects were the same each week.

My first time with Norco I took 20mg and nodded face.

Opiate tolerance decrease is pretty rapid, and 7 months is a long time.

As for your question, there's really no solid way to tell how long it will be, there's a lot of variables. But it definitely should be a lot less than 7 months.

Is your connect trustworthy? Different ROA?

I've heard stories that tolerance in opiates and stimulants sometimes get to a point where they never fully decrease, but I've always thought they were just stories.

Well I expected it to drop tremendously in those 7 months. In the end I still needed at least 35-40mgs to feel euphoric, so I mean yeah it dropped but nowhere near where I thought it was gonna be. Definitely still pretty tolerant. Thanks for all the input though BL always appreciated.

I've always thought opiate tolerance drops slightly with abstinence, but very quickly you end up right where you left off. Or dead, thinking straight out you can dose what you previously used to.

Be careful, & safe.

Personally, I've found my opiate tolerance can decrease fairly rapidly; when I've taken breaks of a couple months or more, my tolerance goes back to almost zero, has led to overdoses a couple times even. However, I find your tolerance comes back rapidly too; once you've gained serious tolerance, I believe a lot of people experience this too, not just me; you'll only a very brief time with low tolerance if you use again, before it just skyrockets. I find, if I haven't used in a long time, then go back to it, within a couple days I can be back on my old, daily dose.
