Cocaine Decreased and weak heartbeat from cocaine?

This has never happened to me before. Did about a gram and the more I did, the more my heart would slow down. Now this is good quality stuff, took me 2 days to finish it. I also have a weak pulse and can't find any info on this situation. I don't feel like anything is wrong, but I always check my pulse on powder. Anyone have this issue before?

I would say, if you don't feel any other strange/unpleasant symptoms, you are fine.

However if you feel really dizzy, lightheaded, close to faint, you need to stop doing more as your heart might just begin to give up, unable to beat faaast like it definitely should on coke.

Either way it's strange, never heard of it.

I feel perfectly normal, and it's all used up, so just under these weird circumstances I wouldn't take anymore anyway. It was really pure, all almost wet rocks, maybe that had something to do with it? I've never had better honestly. I'm not even crashing and feel fine, where I'd usually feel like total shit and have to pop some benzos. I guess I'll go with the high quality theory until I find something better. Thanks for the response.

While you do the coke your heart accelerates. After a while your heart may get exhausted (just like any other muscle) and sort of "give up" trying to keep up with the coke. Call it rebound hypotension. Did you check your pulse with a device? Because if you only checked with your hand or laying your hand on your chest, I suspect that's not reliable. Subjective perception is not reliable when you're hours into a coke binge.

Sounds strange to me.....ive only done coke a handful of time & each time my heart would go nuts beating like it would pop out of my chest & I hate that feeling.........although I have had good quality where my heart didnt beat fast like the usual so it may be you just has some really good coca.......either way, maybe it was cut with something like mentioned above.

About good coke...it is so much better and different that iam sure that is the reason for your heart beating slower...man i get jealous when i hear of ppl having good coke......i didnt do coke for 2 weeks once...got some shit did it....fucking dissapointed even after 2 weeksbreak..i thought quality wouldnt really matter after such a long brake..damn i was wrong.

IMO, get your doctor to check your heart. He might refer your arse to a cardiologist for an EKG or whatever they call it. Cocaine speeds up your CNS/PNS, not meant to slow it down. It could be something to do with your heart.

How old are you?
Is there a family predisposition to heart disease?

Just don't do any blow for at least a week. I was a heavy coke user, the only times my heart slowed down was when I was about to die.

Yeah all the reasons posted above are the key reasons I've quit cocaine. It's far too rough on the heart and other important organs and functions, to be worth the meager high. Honestly, I hate to say it buy I'm like too old for cocaine now.

And I'm only 22, So yeah its not exactly safe, and I hate the feeling of my heart going crazy and feeling like its about to explode. Not worth it

If this happened to me the first thing I would suspect would be that the coke was mixed with something that slows the heartrate (such as an opiate). I have never experienced or heard of cocaine, even high-quality/high-potency cocaine slowing the heartrate, except maybe like someone mentioned if the heart first greatly accelerates and the blood pressure goes up and then the heart eventually gets exhausted and slows down and the blood pressure gets lower etc.

Other things I would wonder is if the heartrate actually was in fact slower, or if it was just normal and therefore felt slower in comparison to previous coke that speeded up the heartrate noticeably, or if your perception was altered by the coke.

EDIT: Just realized that this thread was from months ago and someone bumped it.

^And truxillines or cocamine, in combination with caffeine. ephedrine seems less common now that it's more valuable.

I know this is old, but other 'caines(lidocaine, procaine), hydroxyzine, and diltiazem can cause low heart rate. Hydroxyzine(an anti-anxiety anti-histamine) and dilitiazem(a calcium channel blocker) are probably added to trick the consumer into thinking sub-par coke is good smooth shit.
