Yeah, that has to be one of the oddest fake OC 80s I've ever seen, it's usually cut with Valium and a bunch of nasties.

What you'll find more surprising are a few entries from the DEA about obtaining laced weed... most of it is found after a warrant is issued and it is in personal use amounts, thankfully, meaning that it isn't on the streets... but it is around.
