If your on day 11, good for you! thats really good! Its hard to say concretely how much longer it will take, we need to know what you were taking and for how long and what dose etc etc... but stay strong, if your tempted to use, just remember all the crap you've gone through so far and the fact that it will all be for nothing if you use again(plus it likely won't be as good as you think, and you'll just feel intense regret if you do, i know this from experience).
Everyone is different but for me some things that helped are, sometimes part of what makes you cold is that your body is actually sweating alot, and that will make you cold even if your not in WD's, but its 10x worse in WD's. One thing I found that worked really well for me was to continuely wrap myself in towels, even if you have your clothes on, you can tuck a towel around your body underneath your shirt, or just wrap a towel around your whole body while your laying/sitting down at home. This helps ALOT for when you manage to fall asleep but keep waking up shivering/freezing from being drenched in sweat....
I would find that i'd still wake up eventually cold/drenched in sweat, because the towel eventually gets saturated, but that it lasts alot longer then normal.... normally i'd only last like 10-20 minutes but with a towel i could sometimes sleep for a couple hours before it got soaked, everyone is different so try this if sweating is a problem.Another thing I'd do is take lots of showers, baths are good to but the problem i found with baths is its alot more painful to get out of a bath then it is a shower, and the pleasurable effect in a bath seems to go away very quickly once your body heats up so much from the water, but showers are more drawn out as only one part of the body gets the pleasurable heat at a moment while the other part cools off.
Its ok to take as many showers as you need, taking like 3-4 a day isnt a big deal unless your hot water situation is limited, if it is try getting one of those water foot baths/massagers... I dunno just an idea.Also another thing that effects temperature is if your not eating much food, I find when im in WD"s my desire for food is all but gone.... and this has an effect on your bodies energy levels and blood flow.
All I know is your doing great so keep going. I know it doesn't feel like it right now and your probably wondering if something is wrong and if you'll be like this forever(thats 100% natural if you are), but i guarantee you will get better just hang in there!
