dank with seeds?

I bought a bag for 20 tonight smelled good, looked good(super crystally, plenty of red hairs, sticky, no stems, light green), I pulled it apart and it had seeds in it. I smoked it regardless of being pissed for paying 20 bucks for a gram of weed with seeds in it. I got pretty ripped off like one bowl though and it had a dank high rather than a shitty mids high. I guess my question is does anyone ever get dank with seeds in it? It just seems so odd to me.

ps: the bud isn't like beasters either.
 
I've gotten medical bud with seeds more than a few times. It was always the strains grown outdoors that had them. 60 for 1/8 oz. Definitely not shitty weed. One hit and i just about passed out.
 
Haha yeah it may have been outdoor dank with seeds. Usually seeds in dank are a pretty big rarity otherwise.
 
so theres three different types of weed when it comes to weed with seeds in it.

1) Female plant, no seeds whatsoever was totally isolated from males so didnt breed at all. this is "nug"

2) Hermaphrodite plant, these females were grown usually in a group and there was probably about one or two males that didnt get taken out of the batch until late in the season so they partially breeded with some of the plants. this is what you have. they will have a small amount of seeds in them (ten in 1/8 oz would be alot). this can still be very dank weed though and if your a grower you will hopefully save these seeds as they can be grown :)

3) Married plant. this is when females and males were grown together and have big orgys and theres plenty of seeds to go around. this is almost always shitty schwa but if grown to potential could come out as some decent beasters. you will no if your weed is married as there will be more seeds then bud. this is cheap as hell too. "nigger weed" round here

so pretty much dont judge the seeds have fun with them if you dont want to grow them. haha i usually throw my shit seeds in a park near my house and try to see how big the plants get before they get pulled :)

^^Popcorn nugs aren't always bad. The only time I've found real mowie wowie or chocolate thai it was popcorn nugs. Both were pure sativas that kicked my ass.

Many chronic strains have hermaphroditic tendancies in the genetics from plants being forced to hermaphrodite to produce feminized seed stock. Especially with Northern Lights I often find 2 or 3 seeds per quarter.

In my experience, a bud with a few seeds in it is actually more potent than sensimilla bud from the same plant. I can understand being a bit pissed about finding seeds in a gram sack, though.

If there are a few seeds, they were probably caused by hermaphrodited flowers on the plant. These seeds are feminized because a hermaphrodite flower can only give its X chromosome. Males are extremely rare from these seeds, and usually the result of environment rather than genetics. If there are a lot of seeds they are probably from a mairried plant, which produces both male and female seeds.

If the bud is good, don't stress. Just enjoy it. Hell, if the bud is good plant one of them seeds somewhere. I like the idea of planting them in the park. Even if you never go back to that plant it might survive and make bud or seeds. Make the weed "problem" in your city as "bad" as you can. :D :D :D
