Dangers of DXM

I know this is a talked about subject on various sites on the interweb. I started taking DXM regularly last year (for about 3 weeks) after I was sick as a dog. I had used Alka Seltzer cold and flu. Basically I took double the amount (I had a severe sinus infection and felt like death) But I had no idea DXM was an ingredient. Anyways, I took it maybe 3 times a week (most at once was 150mg)

Wondering if we can shed some light on any dangers of DXM to the body to help others who might want to experiment.

Imo the olneys lesions is a myth, I have heard from so many sources that your brain does NOT get those...

Not sure about your heart or kidneys. I feel like there is a shit ton of sugar in a bottle of DXM

What do you specifically mean by dxm? Was there antihistamines? Was it the hbr or policrilex? You had a cold but only took the medicine 3 days a week? Does it have phenylephrine?

Also are you talking about
<1.5 mg per kg
1.5-2.5 mg per kg
2.5 - 7.5 mg per kg
Or
7 . 5 mg per kg
