Many ppl have used those chemicals in daily doses as antidepressants, i'm interested in trying the same thing but i was wondering wheter there are any 5H2B heart issues with those chemicals?

I know AMT was used in the USSR as an antidepressant but i dont know the reason they stopped using it.

Thx

I know AMT was used in the SSRI as an antidepressant but i dont know the reason they stopped using it.

in the SSRI? :D

i guess they stopped it because people started abusing it and/or people complaining feeling "weird".

of course that doesn't necessarily mean it's physically safe to use it in "antidepressant"-dosages.

:p

The only issue i could think of is the 5HT2B agonism, they used it over 20 years i heared? Heart issues should have shown up by then.

I personally found this (with LSD, AMT, and DPT) to be very effective for short-term use but completely useless (and potentially-harmful) long-term.

Ketamine, on the other hand...

Why useless in the long term? Did you develop a tolerance? I've been thinking that DMT may be the best option here as it doesnt develop much tolerance.

LSD produces profound tachyphylaxis with repeated dosing...you'd have to take enormous doses after only a few days...
