?Dabbing? tar heroin?

This is my first post on here.
I lived on the west coast and did nothing but black tar heroin and now I live in the Midwest and can?t find anything but powder.
With the tar I?d either use foil or use the tar like one would marijuana concentrate and I haven?t heard of anyone doing that since I moved away. Has anyone else used tar H like wax and smoked out of a dab rig?

It might work but i'm sure it's going to require a different amount of heat so you might burn it
