D.A.R.E. generation wants marijuana legalized

There are studies proving that the DARE program renders people more likely to try drugs (compared to the control of children not participating in the program).

It's only natural people are going to want to know the truth, especially after you've sat there and lied to them, and then you let them go on with the rest of their lives? Of course they aren't going to believe the crock of shit DARE has created!

The people who produced DARE must sell drugs, and decided "we're not making enough $."

my D.A.R.E. class split into groups once

and we were all given a drug to make a skit about , ours was marijuana

we pretended to smoke a pen like a joint and it burst in my friends mouth

a few years later i got high with the same cats ...

I had absolutely no interest in drugs until I took D.A.R.E. That class was one of the worst uses of tax payer money I'd ever seen.

i think back, and dare made me really have an eye on heroin. still never done it, but i have been fascinated ever since. this is 8 years later. ive had chances to do it but i know id get addicted, i love opiates. i want to do it but i dont

Unfortunately, the additional tax revenue that would come about after legalizing and regulating cannabis like alcohol is our best hope of getting it legalized in the not to distant future...

That's what government wants people to think. Someday all our rights will be licensed and taxed until we have no rights and no money. Why should we have to pay a fee to government to enjoy our natural rights?

D.A.R.E. was a fun break from class back in 4th grade for me. The guy that ran it (small town) went to church with my folks and he's a really nice guy. Still, it was obvious even then to me that he wasn't telling the entire truth.

Of course, this is where government always goes wrong. They'd rather lie to the public instead of telling them the truth. Of course, telling the public the truth means you also have to legalize to stay consistent. Though, in reality, legalization would be better for everyone involved. I guess the status-quo is just easier to handle.

I recall i had to dare twice... once at like 6 grade and once again at 10 grade... By ten grade i was answering all the drug question he was asking.
