A series of perhydro oxazolo[3,4-a]pyridines (i.e cyclic aminorex analogues) has also been prepared and evaluated.

Httpd and CMS of that site changed, and I haven´t have time to put everything working with them. What would you need? I can email them

How about an explanation of what this thread is supposed to be about? As it is, it's going nowhere and is pointless. As FnB said, aminorex is already a heterocyclic compound, so wtf are you talking about here?

do you have the proper reference ie Year, volume, issue, page....
I assume that Eur j med chem 13: 127 is volume 13 issue ? page 127 which makes this pretty old stuff, before Elsevier took over. 1972 or therabouts, in those days nylon shirts were the future, so is there any reason to believe these compounds are interesting at all

I can sort of see what these compounds are, they have an additional piperidine ring made by fusing the exocyclic amine of aminorex back onto some part of the aminorex molecule.

Ahem, some of us here can actually remember 1972, so a bit less of the 'pretty old' stuff! =D (although whoever thought nylon shirts were the future was not only insane, but seriously fashion impared...)
