Opioids CWE Oxycodone how much loss?

I had a dream last night. In my dream I had 25, 7.5mg Oxycodone w/ 325mg of Acetaminophen. I wanted to do a cold water extraction in my dream but a few questions popped up. I have a fairly high tolerances to opiates/opiods. I ussually take 2-3 oxy 80's I am wondering if I do a CWE how much will I loose in this process? 25 x 7.5 = 187mg oxycodone
25 x 325 = 8.125g of acetaminophen
I know everyone says 4grams of acetaminophen is pushing it but others told me its really 8-10grams you should watch out for is this true?
