I feel my diazepam only chills me out at my dose Im gonna try get an increase at next psych appointment so I can save some for opiate withdrawal.
Ive done very well I cut down 30mg to 10mg in 3months.
Im wanting to get to 6mg or 4mg, anyone got a taper plan for me?
I feel when i took a high dose everyday my anxiety got worse and I read something about benzos causing agorophobia and I have been struggling with that so be nice to get to a lower dose or come off then save them for bad days so I can take more as I need 10mg to get rid of anxiety proprly ad i ant even got that
