A) You have no way of knowing what the purity of your product is regardless of however reputable your vendor seemed. Vendors particularly tend to exaggerate the quality as well as the purity of their products.
B) There's no quality control, again refer to figure A. I've seen tons of vendors selling "99.8% pure" RCs and you know what? That has about as much credibility as a weed/coke/meth/heroin/ecstasy dealer tell you that "This batch is fire" or "These are smackers!" It's usually just an advertising front, there's no actual lab testing done to confirm the purity claimed by most vendors, and the only way to tell brings us to the next point.
C) The only way to know the ACTUAL purity, quality, etc of a street drug or any drug that's not subjected to extensive quality control prior to it reaching the public, so basically besides pharmaceuticals where you know what you have and how much, this is not the case with street drugs like cocaine and heroin. You would need to send a small sample of your product to a lab for gas chromatography / multiple spectrum analysis, anything else is speculation and this thread violates half a dozen other rules too, but we'll get back to that. There is no quality control for the cocaine and heroin used by addicts all over the world. RC Vendors, if you ask me, falsely advertise / exaggerate their product SUBSTANTIALLY more than heroin and cocaine dealers.... Which should speak volumes.
At least when you're buying off a dealer in person, you see their face and there is no money / paper trail to follow, so if you know what your doing, you probably can tell in the moment how a deal is going, whether it's going bad (prices increase at last second, quality obviously lower than advertised, getting jumped for your money) vs when it's going well (and you're getting a good deal usually since usually over time, a bond forms on the basis of respect between you and your dope dealer, usually eventually leading to them
1) hooking you up with more dope per dollar,
2) being honest with you about the quality and known level of adulteration of the heroin, since they don't want their customers to die for profit reasons, and
3) show you the same respect you show them.
That being said, Bluelight is not here to help you cut drugs, particularly bulk amphetamine sulphate of unknown purity. You said you have no intentions of selling it, but that doesn't really matter because YOU might not intend on dealing speed, but if we helped you with this, others could and would exploit that information to learn how to professionally deal drugs.
