(answered) Custom Fonts?

I've been on other forums and have seen this option, but not here. Why is that?

I think it would be a great option to add instead of every time you post a new thread or reply editing the font to your liking it would automatically be set to your preference.
 
Considering that we've had discussions on disabling the option for custom font, I doubt that your recommendation for adding this font option will be honored. When I saw this thread title I thought to myself "I wonder if this is someone complaining about that new member with the annoying font" and when I clicked on the thread low and behold it was you that made the thread. :\ I'm not trying to be mean, I just thought it was funny when I clicked on the thread and saw you created it. I'm just not a fan of the "look at me, my font is 2x bigger than everyone elses" that I get when I see your posts.

As alasdairm mentioned, this site is more about the content of posts rather than cool fonts or signatures. We have never been a site that adopts the features of other popular forums, and that's not about to change now or anytime soon. In my time here I can only recall a handful of members here with custom fonts, and some have even gone and changed back to the default font.
