I agree with Dr.Gonzo about Stinky's link...don't blame the drug, blame the user. There are many who have been able to use meth wisely and relatively safely -- and certainly without becoming addicted. Just don't take the damn stuff every day.
Presuming the stuff you have is actual meth, your dosing seems decent...but as other suggested, start out light and work your way up -- you can always take more but you can't take meth OUT of your body.
As far as administration goes, I don't reccommend snorting meth, personally. It hurts like a bitch and it doesn't last very long, and in addition I always feel like I msut be wasting tons of it in the sides of my nostril(s). I suggest either taking it orally (crushing it up into a fine powder, then putting it in a capsule and swallowing it) or injecting it (this is REALLY the way to go
). Orally is a nice mellow trip that lasts longer and has a fairly smooth comedown (providing you have good stuff), allowing you to sleep about 8 or so hours after you ingest. Injection gives you a fantastic rush and makes the most of your meth -- cause you don't need nearly as much and you waste very little. It is a strong high but it doesn't last too long -- I could sleep 5 hours after injection.
I really emphasize the point someone already made about keep hydrated -- not only will you have a better high, but you will reduce some of the toxicity, you will recover more quickly, and you will feel MUCH better the next day. I really can't stress this too much -- drink that H2O. I also reccommend postloading -- disregard the guy below who says...
Some will recommend you to take some vitamines or stuff likethat, but that is total BS! If it's your first time, you don't need that crap.
The above is simply not true. You can *ALWAYS* benefit from taking supplements which will --
a) help minimize neurotoxicity from dopamine release (take antioxidants like alpha-lipoic acid, l-cysteine (an amino acid as well), vitamin e, and vitamin c -- the first three are especially helpful, I would take 500 mg of each when you get high, 500 mg of each when you come down, and then 500 mg of each nightly for the next two days.)
b)help your brain rebuild its dopamine and serotonin (take 300 mg 5-htp and 2000 mg dlpa or l-tyrosine at comedown, and then 1000 mg dlpa nightly for the next two days)
