my perception changed with the blink of the green light. the pedal hit the floor and i never looked back. you rode in the passenger seat without a care in the world, as if you knew that i would eventually be ok..you stood by me and wiped away the tears as i changed the flat tires and cussed up a storm.. Even when i blamed the entire situation on you, you still stood there with a gleam in your eye, knowing everything would happen before it happened. You opened the 'door' and shoved me into the car and as i silently cried, driving down that dark and lonely road, you stood in the middle of the road just glowing... a glowing green light that i could see for miles and miles away, and thats when i realized you would always be with me no matter what ... All i have to do is close my eyes and there you are.. I guess now i can say i've been touched by an angel..

Your work flowed beautifully through my mind, painting a picture that was so easy to relate to, so easy to visualise.

Such a sad and yet easily imaginable and vivid image, I found it incredibly compelling. I can imagine this being narrated in a light drawl, though that's probably just the way it flows so easily off the tongue.

A damn nice and beautiful piece of work.
