i've waited
read the tale of those who plan
and never get the crown
those who dispell the cacophony below us
loving the silence
while a white blindness falls
and the tale remains unchanged
who else wants to wear my crown?
those who feed and stomp around
so hard with their own regrets
...going silent underneath now...
climbing...reaching
for the next wind to inhale the flames
so only smoke remains
thick and illustrious
like that dream i had
about wearing a crown so heavy it broke my neck
so until it is worth that weight.....i sit
here with the worried floor
and uncertain ceiling
i lean and gesture towards the door......
