I boil 20 to 30 ml water get a pill crusher and crush till its fone small powdery bits it won't be a complete powder but make sue no chunks. put water in shot glass or those small 30ml cups make sure water ain't cold or too hot. add a piniche or two of baking soda (this also increases bioacability)and stir for few mins and leave ithe around half hour. I been doing this recently and nprice my highs been better. keep stirring it every 5mins. you can leave it longer I never had patience to but I find it works more extended release Ifrom it gels up
