I been a heavy crack smoker in the past, I was a daily smoker for 3 yrs straight, me and my fiancée, she would always puke with good quality, while I can always handle it. Lately I been getting crack that is so high quality, that when I smoke it, the rush is so intense I get tingles, dizzy, rapid heartbeat, sounds and talking all sounded like echoing or like the sound when u talk in front of a fan and its all weird..i told my fiancée im scared im going to stroke out of have a heart attack..i kept myself calm and put cold water on me to cool down..i figured getting all worried can trigger a heart attack....am I just having panic attacks or is my body over the years not able to handle crack like it used to? people say its panic attacks, but it sure as hell is not an enjoyable feeling..even a few crumbs the rush was too strong..my fathers side has heart attack history. my grandfather died of heart attack at age 30, and im 28...wear and tear over the years making me prone to heart attack? I enjoy crack when I have enough and not worry bout running out and ill admit, having atleast an 8 ball of heroin to calm down...that scares me too, I know mixing opiates and cocaine is dangerous, but I been un able to get benzos..

my girlfriend doesn't get the feeling I get when take to much of a hit...are there any signs im explaining that im prone to life threatening problems? OBVIOUSLY smoking crack is dangerous, but im just wondering (disregard the heroin with it to come down, just using crack alone)

So you're saying that this just started happening recently right? And your girlfriend didn't have the same negative effects. Cocaine can cause myocardial infarction even in people with no history of heart disease.

Strokes and heart attacks run in my family too and my sister, 46 still smokes crack or injects every day. But she has a death wish. I would be scared to death and want to quit. If I were you I would get an appointment with a cardiologist if this continues. Seriously, don't let this go. Wish you the best. <3

^Definitely solid advice. If your girl is not experiencing the same side effects from the same stuff it is definitely something with you. I would immediately discontinue using any coke or speeders for the time being. Also you really should talk to a doctor about it, there could be an underlying issue causing the weird feelings you have when using. Since you seem to think it is cardiac or vascular related I wouldn't wait to see if anything else happens. Hope everything turns out alright for you.

thanks, 3 years ago right before I quit, I got it, I had to jump out of the car at a red light she had to hop over and drive, I run into a field thinking im going to have a heart attack, tingling arms face, saw an ambulance at gas station, headed that way, then the feeling went away..i just lost my clean time from crack 2 months ago, people tell me its just my anxiety and worrying, panic attacks feel real and are physical. I saw a cardiologist; he said EKG looks normal except mild arithma and tachardya, but said its not even an issue where he would purse. did a stress test, czme normal, wore an ekg for 24hrs, came back normal.only happens when its good quality and take too big of a hit..but still IDK....I like it, but sometimes too intense..maybe its just me..but still a dangerous thing to justify and use

I used to have scary heart palpitations and dizziness before I would fall asleep, the shrink argued it was panic attacks, that its not a cardio issue, and I didn't know panic was a physical issue also
