Heroin Covid-19 What about the junkies?

What do you all think? Will supply go down, increase, cheaper, more expensive? Is it a good idea to stock up on 'done & Subs?
 
Well if your from where I think you are.. lol, then ya I’d pick up. Seattle just had a decent explosion in cases so it’s getting real.

I personally always have a stock but with this on the horizon I made sure to grab extra extra. If the world ends I’ll be alright.

Price would go up i suppose? Supply also might go up too as i would imagine non-junkies may decrease usage as a result of the virus.

Its an odd thing to be using the phrase "as a result of the virus". If you told me in December that a deadly virus would bring the world to a halt in March, i wouldn't have thought it possible.
 
I am on Suboxone maintenance and get two weeks at a time. But due to this corona virus situation the other day when I went I got the two weeks worth but five refills written on the bottle so I don't have to worry about going to the doctor Everytime. Though if the pharmacys close I don't know what will happen.. probably fifty of us sub patients kicking the door in.

I assume the methadone clinics will have the same issue.

But I am almost positive the dope boys will ALWAYS be around. 🤪🤔🤗

The pharmacies will never close, ppl need their prescriptions just as much as they need their food. So pharmacies and supermarkets are safe from closure indefinitely.
 
in weatern canada the government has taken it upon themselves to provide a safe drug supply (hydromorphone. heroin to some degree) to try to keep people sanitary as possible and well monitored. seems convenient timing to really break into the whol safe supply harem reduction technique kind of low key.
 
On top of that, they're giving out money like it's some sort of socialist paradise - I think after all is said and done I should be getting close to $3000 in credits from the government this month.

And people say the gov't does nothing good for the average person...

better believe that it's all going to come back and bite us in some way or another. this whole thing is a huge shit storm.
 
Supply is lower. Cartels cant get chemicals from China to make product. Cartels also using the situation to further dry the supply to increase prices. Anyone producing domestic product can potentially make some money once supply is exhausted.

Wow, that is commendable. I wish our government would do more to help drugs addicts instead of hurt them. Some states are better than others, but Texas really demonises addicts. Anyways, I hope all is well with you guys. I have laid off everything except for kratom, weed, and occasional addies. I rarely even drink but tonight I am going to have a 6 pack of corona.

you betcha they are! all in the name of "flattening the curve." people have been talking about it for years in canada. especially western canada. harm reduction and trying to break the stigma surrounding drug use/addiction are big themes in politics. there is vending machines people can go to and get their dilaudid as well. the dispensing of dilaudid is pre-covid but it definitely ramped up the whole idea of safe supply.

this is all pretty much within on city in canada too. the rest of the country is pretty standard. year long wait times and the rest of it.
 
The methadone clinic is letting me come once a week instead of 4 x a week. You can still get H in Houston but there was a period in June where the prices went up and it was harder to find good stuff. Gross I just wash my hands as soon as I score. I do not want that shit
 
Personally i bought a big suply of heroin so im not gonna run out anytime soon. In Greece the lock down is gonna last 3 weeks. Personally im not even planning to do all the heroin i bought, im gonna use the lock down as an oportunity to stop. Most non homeless junkies I know plan to do the same,
However most heroin/meth users in Greece are homeless. Homeless people can move around as much they want so they won't have any problem buying during the lock down.
Fuck lock downs btw
