Country with the most potent cannabis?

What do you think it is? And what countries have you tried it from, directly? How about indirectly?

Personally, I've tried it directly from the U.S., because I live there, and directly from Jamaica, becuase I vacationed there. Jamaican weed was more potent than U.S. by quite a bit. Especially considering I smoked their 'casual' weed.
I've tried indirectly (while in the U.S.) weed from Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Afghanistan, and a deal of other countries as well. I find that weed from Canada is quite potent also.


What do you guys think?
 
Vancouver is pretty much the only stuff I have access to in Seattle, but when I went out of state to visit family down south I smoked 4 joints by myself and barely caught a buzz. So either BC bud rocks or everything down in Dixie fucking sucks.
 
Haha, I think it's a mixture of both. I never have anything special from the South.
We get a lot of stuff from Vancouver up here, and that's usually the good weed we get most often. but I live in Wisconsin, so it's not to far away
 
Vancouver is notorious for great bud, as well as Cali. So i guess that makes Canada and US.

Oh and how could you forget the Netherlands. Amsterdam ring a bell?
 
I've never tried weed from another country. But in Cali the weed is pretty fuckin' good, I think if I had anything stronger I wouldn't be able to handle it haha.

Im pretty sure thats it. I'd say Amsterdam, but I have friends who have been there and they say its nothing special weed wise.
 
idk, i think where ever you go you can always find real dank bud that is just as good as anywhere else. i couldnt tell you though since i have only smoked dank in texas, but damn the shit here gets you HIGH
 
I don't know how much better the bud could get then the medical MJ from the US I've been seeing recently. So I shall cast my vote for the US of A
 
Well, I live in Victoria, city by vancouver, just across the water on an island called vancouver island. we always got good bud and it's hard to get anything thats not atleast decently good, but I've never tried weed from anywhere else (from my knowledge)

I don't see why people in the u.s get weed shipped from other places, I heard they have some very great weed there aswell.

California weed is probably better than b.c bud though..
 
OP answer to title as far as landraces go is going to be thailand since Cannabis sativa must produce extra thc for survival against those harmful rays of the sun(and thank god for them). This makes me thing UVB might actually be the next step.
 
The answer is everywhere in the world, there are professional growers everywhere and the weed is good as long as you know where to find it or grow it yourself :)

yep.

any country where a person can access genetics, supplies, information and a closet. there's weed in the middle of nowhere southeast USA every bit as good as a-dam and cali club shit.

it's not as prevalent, and a lot harder to find, but there's good weed about everywhere if you know the right people.
 
^ Indeed, however the Kush strain (one of the better ones) originated in the Hindu Kush mountans in Afghanistan.

Middle east for cheap potent hash, I have heard of people getting an ounce of bubble hash for about the same as ounce of mids in the states, so yeah.

I know growers who swear by their extra uvb bulbs when flowering

indeed, but some countries have better consistancy. Out of the countries i've had; canada, uk, ireland, holland, mexico, spain, france, south africa. Canada was the most consistant.

i suppose it all depends who you know
