Is it possible with say strong coffee?

Sometimes I smoke some H before work then end up drowsy as a motherfucker.

If not strong cofffe then anything else?

Strong cofee can work. I'd be wary of mixing it with a stimulant drug in case it masks how opiated you are and leads to an OD when it wears off..

Nah I wouldn't wanna be taking stims anyway when I'm going to work, I meant something natural like coffee etc..
