Opioids Couldn't get high from Morphine or Opana

SWIM has been known to take some adderall from time to time, and has been known to take some opiates from time to time, but as of lately been known to speedball with the two. Usually when SWIM speedball's SWIM will take a 30mg xr adderall and mix it with Vicodin, Percocet, or Subutex. Keep in mind that the only opiates SWIM has ever used is Vicodin, Percocet, Subutex, and Oxycontin. The other night SWIM came along a 30mg Morphine and a 10mg Opana. So, SWIM decided to speedball with the Morphine to try something new. First, SWIM took off the purple coating and crushed it all up, then SWIM split it in half down to 15mg, took an 30mg xr adderall and an hour later snorted 3 different lines equaling up to about 5mg or Morphine and nothing happened. After a few hours went bye, SWIM decided to "plug" 10mg of Morphine and again, nothing happened.

So, the next day SWIM was kind of bummed out that nothing but the adderall worked the night before so SWIM decided he would do the Opana today. This time SWIM cut the 10mg in half and kept the time release coating on and took 5mg orally and again nothing happened. Later that day SWIM had a feeling of a huge lump in his throat and kept getting drips all day. SWIM needs some insight on this situation of what happened.

Morphine has very low bioavailability so most the doses you took got digested and unused. Try railing the opana as they are hard to use orally recreationally where nasal five mg is more than enough.


Be aware and careful though the morphine counterparts bind to a different region and cause a lot heavier sedation even a sleep inducing effect.

Edit: I'll add morphine nasal bioavailability is low while opana is high. Either plug or just eat the morphine.

Eat the morphine & it seems most people need 15mgs of morphine their 1st time orally unless your body breaks down morphine really well which doesn't seem is the situation with you.

As mentioned, opana is very strong & should be snorted to feel it. 2.5mgs should be fine for you.......if you need more, snort another 2.5mgs.

Do not mix opana with any other opiate........

Let me guess, the morphine was MSContin?

Morphine has a very low bio-availability especially in comparison to the "codone" family (vicodin, oxy etc). Since you have been taking opiates from the codone family which have very high bio-availability, you have already raised your tolerance to other opiates thus now to the morphine you have, plus the morphine high is less euphoric and energetic and more heavy and sedating, which with the adderal, you have basically wiped out anything you may have even remotely felt, then re-dosing the following day again just about fucked up any chance you had of getting a high from these.

Morphine is a waste to take orally if you have any tolerance to opiates, period.
