I'm not sure what MXE is, and obviously am not a doctor. But my advice is less is more! Suboxone lasts 24-36 hours, so <this is just my experience> I would take 2mg, wait a couple hours, and take another 2mgs if needed. It will help. When you first start taking it, you're body hasn't yet built up serum levels in your blood, so it doesn't last as long. But serisously, it's better to just take to detox and get off it. It's so addictive. I started taking it for heroin and honestly wish I'd just gotten off of the heroin and been done with it. The worst of the heroin withdrawal is over in a week vs a month for Suboxone. I also am not exactly sure what etizolam is or even if it's controlled, I guess I've been outta the game for too long or something. Anyways, hopefully that was somewhat helpful. Good luck!
