Could E-Cigarettes lead to marijuana becoming legal?

well 1) nicotine in itself is bad for you. it's still harmful to smoke an e-cig. and 2) i think real smokers don't care much for e-ciggs. they want the "robust and aromatic flavor" which e-cigs do not have. my friend bought one, used it a few days, and decided to go back to smoking regulars cigs. i've smoked both, and i agree with my friend's decision.

i think e-cigs are more of a cessation aid than anything else, but i'm not sure. on a side, it's hilarious to smoke one in a store.

also there is more than just THC in marijuana. You would need THC and other cannabinoids in the vaporized solution. vaporizing just THC in an e-cig could very well be unpleasant. i say this based on anecdotal reports of pure THC being given to tests subjects, and the highs they described didn't seem that fun. (remember marijuana is NOT harmless {nothing is}; it CAN cause psychosis with long term use.) but i'm guessing in the smoked extraction, all cannabinoids are present......right?

On fuckcombstion.com someone there wrote about the idea of vaporizing hash oil in an e-cigarette. I'm not sure if they did it or not though or if they just sort of thought about various ways to make an e-cig into a vaporizer.

I have friends that smoke cigarettes, cigars, and pipes and they do not like e-cigarettes since they think that they're just a creepy way for people who are militantly against smoking to say, "Well don't smoke that vile stuff around me! Use an e-cigarette instead! They're the same thing!".

My friends that smoke good tobacco in cigars and pipes do it because they like the taste/flavor of tobacco and for other reasons too. I know cigarette smokers who like the taste of certain tobacco, for example when I went to Spain I highly preferred the Turkish tobacco in their Camel cigs to all of the brands of cigs I'd had from the U.S. because it tasted sweeter and had less additives in it than most U.S. tobacco does. I'm not saying that the tobacco was somehow safer or healthier but it was like smoking those cigs that are supposedly chemical/additive free like American Spirit brand. I also used to smoke cigars on occasion with buddies who did and I liked how well they went with coffee, beer, or certain liquors.

A friend of mine who smokes cigars and cigs did try an e-cig and he did not like it either.

E-cigarettes do not seem nearly as fun as actual smoking does. I don't smoke cigarettes anymore and I haven't puffed an entire cigar in years but even with smoking pot when I did that before getting into vaporizing I enjoyed the ritual of it all and putting the one hitter, joint, or bowl in my mouth and lighting it up and then tasting and inhaling smoke. With the vaporizer I'm fine with inhaling THC filled vapor as I don't like how smoking anything pot or tobacco makes me cough a lot. I've heard with higher temps on a vape you can get CBD/CBN but I'm fine with just THC since for me vaping lasts a lot longer than smoking even the best herb ever did and it sort of reminds me of eating herb in a way but just not as crazy as a high dose of brownies. I don't vape a lot though just a hit or two every so often.

Even if you loaded up the e-cig with THC or hash oil wouldn't you rather smoke a big joint, bowl, bong, or vaporize herb in a good vaporizer instead?

I got one a while back but it died on me, probably because it was so damn cheap. The thing I do like about it is that you can smoke it anywhere. For the few days it did work, I was able to just chill in my dorm instead of having to go outside, in the freezing cold (as it was at the time.)

This is an interesting theory, too. I would never have thought that E-cigs could lead to marijuana legalization. It makes sense though, and this would be the one instance (in my mind) where lobbying would be a win for everyone. Phillip Morris would win because they'd make mad profits from sales on joints, and we'd win because we wouldn't have to worry about being arrested for having/smoking a joint.

I've thought that it would be cool to have an e-joint as well. Again, being able to smoke it inside would be dope.

Get a vaporizer or look into vaporizing.

I've used mine indoors and there's literally no smell at all. A pipe with lots of resin in it, or incense or a candle that's been recently put out smells more than vapor does.

Vapor is lighter than smoke is and even if you do happen to exhale some it does not linger nearly as long as smoke does.

I got a magic flight launch box since I wanted one that was portable, powerful, discreet, and small.

All vapes are different and if I were looking at one that was only for indoor use and not portable I'd have looked at different models of vaporizers. You don't have to get a Volcano either in order to get a high quality vape.

Avoid iolite brand vapes though they are expensive, have pieces that easily break, and use butane to vaporize. I don't know about you but if I were using a vape and something did happen to go wrong with it I would not want butane anywhere near my face.
