Correct me if I'm wrong, but are there TWO main types of marijuana?

The blueberry seeds I obtained from an aquaintance- not from a seed bank. Therefore- I am not certain of their origin. However, the plants grow to a max height of 4 feet and have the dark green broad leafleats typical of Indica.

The blueberry smell of the finished buds is beyond question however.

No, the weed there generally SUCKS. It's very hard to find nugs, you mostly get this shake type stuff there.

how would someone even make a strain that is 80/20?

if it had 4 parents, one which was sativa and the rest indica, it would be 75/25.

If you were working with only 4 plants yes, but getting an 80/20 strain is the result of extensive genetic breeding. There's MANY strains out thee that have this type of hybrid variablity. I'm too tired to do the math right now and write out the cross-grow sequence. Also, it would be hard to find a plant that is 100% indica, although some sources claim their seeds are pure indica, it's not always so.
 
In Australia, I've only ever seen Sativa strains. I wonder whether different types are better suited to different climates?
 
Overgrow may be down for the count, but I have my copy of The Cannabis Grow Bible by "Greg Green". In it he lists some of the more popular cannabis strains and their Indica/Sativa Leanings.

Indica: Afghani, Hindu Kush, Northern Lights, Shiva, Black Domina.

Mostly Indica: Big Bud, Blueberry, Chemo, Mantanuska Valley Thunderfuck.

Sativa: Cambodian, Malawi, Swazi, Thai, Purple Haze, Madness.

Mostly Sativa: Durban Poison, Kali Mist, Power Plant, Voodoo.

Indica/Sativa Mix: AK-47, Purple Power, White Widow, Jack Herer.

All of the pure Sativa strains are listed as outdoor types, possibly b/c they get so tall. In colder climes, I'd put my money on the Indicas since with names like
Afghani and Hindu Kush they seem to indicate origins up in the mountains.
