Coricidin extraction

I was browsing around in here before and saw someone say they knew a way to extract DXM from coricidin pills... i looked and couldnt find the damn post again, does anyone else know how todo this? i would be VERY thankfull if someone helped me with this. I have being playing around with DXM for about a year now, and about 6 months ago tried Coricidin after i got tired of trying to keep down the Robo, but now i cant even put ONE coricidin pill in my mouth without puking, so anyone just let me know if they know how to extract the DXM, thanks.
