hey everyone,
went to the doctor recently and i have a problem. high blood pressure. my doctor thinks this is due to a number of factors, including being on the Pill, taking speed and smoking pot.
i have a few choices
1. stop taking drugs (i am planning to cut down, but not stop)
2. change my contraception method.
so.. i am wondering if any girls here have tried depo provera (1 injection every 3 months) or implanon (a small implant which will last 3 years)
does anyone have any reports of the methods of contraception? i have been warned they could make my periods irregular.
one more thing... could having high blood pressure be reduced if i started exercising?
