Continuous Cotten fever for first times

So, I've been iv H users for years now. Never got cotton fever. Not once. Didn't even understand how people got it cause all I had to do was leave the wet cottons on my side table, they'd dry, and good to go anytime needed...but..

I moved down to FL where I can only get my hand on dillis n 30s and now have gotten cotton fever about a dozen times in the past few weeks!! Is there some other way to dry n preserve cottons that were drawn with these pills rather than the H. I let them out dry n all n even the other day it wasn't even an hour before I used my "old" cotton and BAM.. Here comes the shakin' sweats fever bright at work none the less.

Is there a way to sterilize these cottons? Spoon+heat? Is that a sure way to kill and bacteria growing on the cotton?

welcome MoonMan! I love blue light just for this reason, I'm a bit surprised you haven't gotten some attention but could be you're in the welcome and I'm first here. So your in a good place. This website can help you a lot. Try searching for your symptoms. You'll hear a lot of people confusing withdrawal feeling with what is/can be cotton fever. In general the site adopt a policy known as Harm Reduction and labels the only "truely safe" (and therefore officially recommended) filtering device as micron filtration.
Now so I can share my own story, I hope I'm not stepping on #Mods Toes , the reality is it is unsafe to Iv a preparation that is not made for IV, however I know what you mean so no judgment from me. If you are getting that sick that quickly you might be getting a higher tolerance than you had with using H casually. I'm thinking that pills at first were more Potent and PURE so you may have not noticed right away assuming you used during your geographical shift and continuous use.

Personally welcome to FL but look into suboxone/Subutex for treatment. It can save your life!
