Is constant jitter jaw, for three weeks running, from a drug binge, a result of neuro toxity?

Yes. You're going to die in 72 hours.
/sarcasm.

It could be a frontal lobe lesion, or hypoglycaemia, or essential tremor... List goes on, but more likely than not one of the latter two. I do know of a persistent jaw tremor that was developed by a girl of the age of 17 after trying a street pill of ecstasy for the first time, but this sort of thing is rare.
Amphetamines probably elevate the risk of parkinson's disease, but it's still not terribly common, especially in young people.

What would be most likely that ties in with chronic neurological pain to face, and eyelid spasms, when closed, and ringing in ears. I have had the other symptoms for 2 years.

is that the only manifestation of dyskinesia?
some react to use of certain neuroactive compounds with the side effect of creating a dyskinesic syndrome with i think the most likely theory of injury due to overwhelming oxidative stress being the most likely primary cause
this form of neurotoxicity appears irreversible so the condition is likely permanent though there may be some spontaneous regression on record of mild cases perhaps

Would that also entail skin feeling compleatly different than its asosed to on face and neck, and facial mustles feeling compleatly untoned, and "turn to jelly" at citrain times of peak discomfort.

does that skin ever get scaley or reddish hued? pain to the touch, or vibration, any burning sensation
there can be some sympathetic damage...causalgia...

Nope, sometimes reddish hued, but more often or not discomfort to the touch, portraying it as an echo sensation after the touch.
Like after removing finger or after a gentle brease, sensation of finger still feels like it's there for another 30 - 60 soconds, faiding less and less, usually to an unpleasent mild, pins and needles sensation / or mild temperature change, then to nothing. Even sometimes effected by breaze. Very difficult to describe and usually increases as the day goes on, vision sometimes wabbles / bends at peak times, even weeks after drug use.
Most symptoms are really brought out during drug use to such a degree that symptoms bring body load that far outweighs posetives of most stimulant use.
Chronic neuro pain is catagorised as constant throbbing, to forehead, with sharp pins and needles sensations, most conventional painkillers proove inactive including opiates. Pregabalin works to a mild degree.

yeah, it sounds like a form of causalgia
Pregabalin indeed is indicated with good success for many
some memantine may be helpful
other than that conventional pharma is pretty sparse of neurological pain meds that really are worth a shiz

Get some magnesium into you.
This is a mineral you can get from your local supermarket/ health food store.
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate is a good one.
As for neuro toxicity... dont worry, your not going insane.

I was just gonna say, try some magnesium. You could be low...
I know magnesium helps me bunches after AMP use (or during) with jittery-jaw ness and clenching. That would be the first thing I would try.
Look up the most bioavailble (?) forms of magnesium, and then take it for a few days.
