Ok, I've got an issue with this. Are you aware that botulinum toxin, one of the most toxic substances known to man, is natural? Or that St. John's Wort, a common herbal supplement, can cause serotonin syndrome from interactions with other drugs? Or that many of the products for bodybuilding and weight loss contain natural stimulants that will be ultimately counterproductive to your goal of gaining muscle? Some natural products are safe/worth it, some aren't. Some synthetic products are safe/worth it, some aren't. In fact, "natural" or "herbal" products don't have the same degree of regulation by the FDA as products with a DIN (not sure what it's equivalent is called in the states, sorry), so it may be wise to be careful.
This isn't a personal attack, I just hate the common "natural automatically means it's good for me, synthetic is always bad" bullshit that seems impossible to dispel in some people. What you should be doing is doing your research before you add any supplement/drug, natural or otherwise. You have to find out: 1. Is it safe for me? and 2. Will it be effective for me? Keyword there being "for me". I don't know the specifics of your body or your diet, so it's your responsibility to do your research.
