I have been IVing suboxone for over two years now. My dosages have fluctuated but currently it's been around 1mg a day.
That being said, no matter what dosage I DO take, it makes no difference. I can't get high off it (probably would feel something if I actually took LESS)
I only do heroin 2-3 times a year now, as a little treat, and last night/this morning was one of those times. The guy said to be very careful with it, but I guess I didn't realize how careful he meant. Woke up this morning and did around a 0.07 shot (usually do ~0.25), got one of the most intense rushes of my life, started pacing around trying to stay conscious.
Calm down a little bit, sit back down in bet.
Next thing I know it's an hour later and my girlfriend is shaking me to wake up. She says my breathing was very sparse and she had given me ~1mg suboxone IM about 10 minutes before that in attempt to revive me
I say to myself "bullshit, I'm not in precipitated withdrawals. In fact, I still feel very high"
It's now been 5 1/2 hours after she gave me the IM shot. I just tried to light a cigarette and instantly had to vomit. That NEVER happens to me on suboxone, only heroin. I also feel kind of noddy, which also never happens on sub.
I'm inclined to doubt the IM she gave me had any bupe in it, but the same thing happened a couple years ago to my friend. He was falling out and I gave him an IV shot of 2mg suboxone. He didn't wake up instantly but his breathing got substantially better. He woke up a couple hours later and said he still felt like he was on heroin. No precipitated wd at all.
Sorry for the tl;dr but I'm rather confused as to how this is possible, as in the past, the tiniest amount of bupe while I still have H in my system is hell on earth. Also I still have some dope left and I would like to make sure I'm going to feel it if I try a shot in a couple hours
