With Big Ramy winning the 2020 Olympia this year it makes me wonder what really is considered quality conditioning for a professional level show now in comparison to past. Are we ever going to see the likes of someone stepping on stage again with conditioning like Munzer or Yates during his peak before all of his injuries?
Do you guys believe it's the drug choices and methodologies that have changed what is perceived as top level conditioning?
Do people not want to suffer that much to achieve that level of dryness?
Are diuretics even used as extensively as they once were?
I can spend days googling this topic and find so many different answers, but I know quite a few guys have competed here and wanted to hear their opinion on the matter.
