Hello, everybody!
I use pregabalin (1,000 - 1,800mg. per day) and AM-2201 (~28.14mg/g 1-1.5 grams per day). It has put me in a different world from everyone else; however, I fucking love it. I suffer from Bipolar II, and I feel like these drugs have either stabilized my mood or have made me permanently hypomanic. :/ The "retardation" affect of pregabalin has diminished. With my tolerance, it doesn't do much except put me in a good mood everyday no matter what. But, I feel it is a healthy, optimistic mood. I've always loved my job, but now I'm "into it" more, and I have been having great results at work while taking these medications. Does the AM-2201 make me "high" with everyday use? Yes, especially in the morning, and lunch break, and then at home for the rest of the evening. But, it only lasts about 15 minutes or so before I have to redose which makes it very addictive. Somehow, these drugs have taken away a lot of my nicotine cravings, but I still dip tobacco in the evenings. I am a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner (not quite a doctor, but they allow me to prescribe medication in my state), and my job is very demanding-- I feel as a professional that I am not living up to expectations by taking these drugs but they are my favorites. I also take high doses of every psychiatric medication I take. I do not respond to low doses of any drugs. I have a natural tolerance to everything, including opiates. I debble in 100-140mg. hydrocodone CWE/dosage or 90mg. oxycodone maybe two times a week. These are the same doses I had to take to respond the first time to opiates and I still take the least amount to achieve a proper opiate euphoric response. I feel no tolerance has increased to opiate usage, but I have to take high doses at one time due to a natural tolerance.
Abilify (aripiprazole) 15mg. (#30 15mg.)
Aplenzin (bupriopion) 522mg. (~450mg. Wellbutrin XL [bupropion] #30 522mg.)
Lamictal (lamotrigine) 400mg. (#60 200mg.)
Nuvigil (armodafinil) 500mg. (#60 250mg.)
Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) 150mg. (#90 50mg.)
Rilutek (riluzole) 10mg. (#60 5mg.)
Trodenki XR (topiramate [Topamax]) 200mg. (#30 200mg.)
Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) 150mg. (#90 50mg.)
To break it down, I have problems with mood and ADHD. Also, I suffer from very minor anxiety which seems to come out as depression as well as minor lethargy so I take: Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) 150mg. (#90 50mg.)
Mood Stabilization:
Abilify (aripiprazole) 15mg.
Lamictal (lamotrigine) 400mg.
Rilutek (riluzole) 10mg.
Trodenki XR (topiramate) 200mg.
ADHD:
Aplenzin (bupriopion) 522mg.
Nuvigil (armodafinil) 500mg.
Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) 150mg. (#90 50mg.)
I have not gone without the Lyrica and AM-2001 dosages above for about two months. It seems to have stabilized my mood. They are subtle now, but still get the job done. I have an unlimited amount of both.
What issues are there with daily usage of these drugs? Does anything interact? How will the withdrawal be? Any suggestions will be great!
Thanks.

Man, I am not looking forward to that withdrawal then. Thanks for sharing your experience! Very informative information about pregabalin withdrawal.
