Hello all, new member to bluelight here. This thread is going to be about methylphenidate: Concerta. I'm prescribed 54mg of Concerta. Lately, the effectiveness has declined, it's not working as well as it did initially. My question: what can I do to boost the effectiveness of this drug? And what can I do to potentiate its effects? I'm not looking to exceed my daily dose, so I want to make the most of each dose somehow. Thanks to those who try to help
