My friend is prescribed this medication for intense A.D.D. Is this another drug like adderall (stimulant) or does it have different effects?

you can chew them up (it takes some effort)... also one time i had a bunch of these and i took a lighter and melted some of the outside plastic shell which softened it enough to peel so you can snort them
