Concerta then Vicoden 24 hours later?

Would i be ok if i did this?
I took a total of 5 pills of concerta last night and taking the last one at around 7, 2 36mg's and 3 27mg's i think.
I have 5 Vicoden pills and they are these ones

And i want to know if i would be ok to do these tonight? It's been over 24 hours, and i have taken 4 vicoden before, but i can handle my opiates (take up to 7 tramadol, and stuff like that).

Ok cool, i'm just hoping i will NOT die or throw up XP And ya sadly i binged on Concerta, but it's mainly because my friend get's SO much free shit, and shares it 50/50 with me so why not lol

you don't need to worry about a cold water extraction either as the apap dose you're taking is fine. just avoid alcohol as it will cause some stomach aches, the liver doesn't take kindly to them being mixed.

i'd recommend it as well, it'll smooth out the mph comedown and hopefully you'll catch some sleep.

Ahh the age old question.....for years I have been nervous anytime mixing uppers and downers...coke and OC.....adderall (or concerta) and alcohol or other downers...theres nothing good to be said about pulling your heart in two different directions one speeds up your central nervous system and heart rate the other one slows it down....sound healthy? Dont mess with it if you can help it....but vicodin is such a baby drug/low strength opiate I wouldn't be worried about it at all.. by the way i give you props and wanna tell you your lucky if you can still get high from abusing vicodin.

Haha thanks, i have literally the lowest tolerance in the world to everything, it's amazing Most people think it's "cool" to have a high tolerance or w/e? I think it's bad because you need more, and have to pay more, i pay less and get more fucked up. Saves money
