Will Concerta or Ritalin basically kill my opiate buzz? I tried taking them at the same time today and i took more opiates then i usually do, and i didnt even get tired, when i normally get pretty tired without lots of coffee from my standard dose in the morning. Also i didn't get a long lasting opiate high, for a little bit i felt the opiate pretty nicely but it didn't last as long as usual.

Methylphenidate + an opiate is probably considered a speedball, whose main feature is to mix two amazing highs (the stimulant's high and the opiate's high) in one. First you get the "buzz" of the stimulant and then the "peace" of the opiate, which eases the stimulant's comedown (this may be subjective but that's how it works for me).
However, a classic speedball is a (very dangerous) mix of cocaine and heroin (actually the original speedball used morphine). While cocaine and methylphenidate (the active ingredient of Concerta/Ritalin) are similar, cocaine is much more euphoric and that's usually the point of the speedball. So with methylphenidate's lower euphoria, the speedball won't feel like a traditional one.
Since methylphenidate's high is more of a "focus" high (depends on the dosage and ROA, tho) it might overlap the opiate's high.

TL;DR: When you mix a stimulant and an opiate, don't expect to feel both highs separately; they will merge into one different high, that depends on what substances you've used.
Also speedballing is quite dangerous, especially when cocaine is used, because stimulants up your heart rate while downers decrease it, so speedballing messes with your heart and can lead to heart problems.

I have a friend who actually prefers speedballs with Ritalin and painkillers. But do you actually have ADD? This will significantly change your experience because the Ritalin obviously acts differently in the brain for people with ADD than it does for people who do not have it. If you have never done a speedball, I can imagine this is probably a little disconcerting, but don't expect to have your normal experience with either drug.

I took a few tests online and i scored extreamly high. The results said i had Adult ADHD, my doctor did not hesitate to prescribe it to me, but he has been asking a lot of question. To which i havn't been able to give very specific, or detailed answers. I'm 99% sure i have ADD, and the drug has enabled me to work for extended hours, without losing focus, it working wonders. I'm a bit worried he might get suspicious so during my next check-up im going to have to really think of how the drug is helping me other then that so i can provide him with some real feedback.

The drug does however make my muscles in my legs extremely tense while sitting down when I'm working, It is really annoying.
