Alcohol concerta + alcohol

I took concerta (amphetamines I suppose) around 2pm, I'm going to a bar later (starting around 9pm) and we might drink so I just want to know, if I drink, will something really bad happen? I'm fine with getting drunk quick but wouldn't like a heart attacks ngl.
edit: I took 1 36mg pill, I'm 168cm and 55kg

There is not really any risk of acute complication, and I doubt it is particularly unhealthy anyway, for any other reason than the alcohol being toxic as usual.

They talk about uppers and downers being risk for heart in combination, but there does not seem to be really wide scientific support for that claim-I am happy to be proven wrong tho'. I am not sure where that sentiment has come from, or if there is any basis on that claim.
