Stimulants Concerta 54 IV?

Ive got some of the Concerta 54's red in colour, theyre not like the other concertas with the red and white filler, they're all white but it doesn't seem very if at all water soluble, anyne have any experience tying to do something with these? even sniffing seems liek a problem with stuffed noses and shit. Any help would be apreciated.
