Close friend took 2, 36mg Concerta (Alza 36) at 3:30p And then took another one at 4:00p, totaling 108mg. Friend takes adderall daily, usually 120mg but has not recently (last two weeks) due to lack of money from a relapse of snorting H. (H habit duration - 4 months) Friend was been taking 2mg of Subs for 2 days to try and kick the H habit and felt surprisingly ok expect for the energy. Friend is a mother of 3 boys, please no judgement. She was desperate for energy today which lead to the 108mg of Concerta. By 5:15p, friend complained of tight chest, tense muscles around neck and shoulders, blurred version and panic attacks. Friend does not want to go straight to the ER due to the chance of possibly losing her children. Friend started googling and realized that she had taken something closer to Ritalin instead of adderral. It stated on that site that safe doses for both are - adderall no higher than 100mg daily. Ritalin- no more than 60mg daily. This made friend have bad panic attack and she ran into the bathroom with her finger down her throat, although she knew the damage had already been done. After throwing up everything she could, she took a half of a .5 kolonopin. Friend is now calm enough to help write this post . She is fearful that since it?s extended release she is possibly still at risk for a heart attacks or worse. She has some H heading her way and wondered if she hit 1/4 of the amount she usually does, will this help calm down the waves that are coming? She took a 2mg of suboxone this morning at 8am and she knows that she will not get full effect of H. Any advice is very much appreciated.
Update: friends heart still racing and tight, panic attacks- special note: friend is worst addict ever with her anxiety and hypochondriac tendencies.
8:00p: stuck .25 of kolonopin under tongue - been using low doses .5 and under of benzos when attempting to stop H habit for last few days
9:25- couple minutes shy of 6 hours since first dose of Concerta (72mg)., then added one more- total 108mg concerta xr by 4:00pm-snorted 1/2 it usual H line at 9:25p. Friend is trying to stay calm and not talk herself into panic. Like stayed before, friend is worst addict ever, she worries more about the possible bad outcome instead of enjoying her high.
Please any advice on what to look for, possible reactions, can she go to sleep? Lay down? Stay movies? Drink milk or water?

8:00p- .25 of kolonopin- steady benzo use in the last few days to assist in Kicking H habit. Hasn?t used Benzos in last few years, besides last few days
