Health Concerns of MAO activity in serotonergic psychedelics

Hi there!

My name is utaninja, and I am the Content Coordinator at TripSit.me. I am also heading the content development of our project to expand, update, and revise our drug combination chart.

I’m looking for any further information regarding concerns about certain MAO inhibition and activity for certain serotonergic psychedelic drugs. Psychonaut Wiki, Reddit, among a few other places discuss these concerns, and our own chart mentions it on a number of occasions, but information seems to be lacking. If anyone has any studies, anecdotes, or related information, that would be greatly appreciated.

I have found bits and pieces for Iboga, Ayahuasca, and possibly 5-MeO-DMT and DMT but am uncertain at best.

Enzymatic inhibition is not often screened for in these stranger research chemicals, I know that 5-MeO-DiPT has had documented MAO inhibition and 2C-T-7 has, I'm unsure about the others though. If you need a walkthrough on using sci-hub, feel free to DM me.
