Think about this for a minute: Your rectum is a mucus membrane and it susceptible to absorbing many things good and bad. No toilet paper company is going to use anything that could be absorbed and leave them open for a law suit. Hence it is quite safe, and by using the 1 ply it will break down quickly and your pill will absorb very quickly. Rolling papers are made of rice paper and again, no company is going to use something in there that would cause harm. So if that is your thing (parachuting) the last thing you need to worry about is the paper. Writing paper is a whole other issue. Hope this helps.

Sweden has adapted a program for heroin addicts. They register, they go to a clinic as many times a day as their habit dictates. They are given safe drugs at the proper dosage under medical supervision. Crime has gone way down. Aids has gone way down. People have gained their self-respect back. It is treated as a medical problem and not a criminal one. As it should.
In this country addiction is treated as a criminal problem so we have jails full. We have HIGH crime RATES associated with drug problems. There is no problem getting the drugs. We spend more money on enforcement and incarceration and the problem gets worse. This is not really the forum to go deep into this situation. SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE USING DRUGS TO GET HIGH DO IT SAFELY!
