Concerned about "Red cKs"

Recently I took some e-tabs that me and friends didn't know much about. They were called "red cKs".
From what my friends told me I guess I was sitting on the floor in some bathroom throwing up, my eyes were rolling in the back of my head. The next morning I was still rolling. Actually it wasn't until the next night that I stopped. However it was a horrible scary high. Everyone around was ready to call the EMTs about me.
Later I heard that this form of Ecstasy is a kitchen sink. I heard that it has heroin,crank and a bunch of other things.
Anyways, if anyone knows anything about it, or whats in it please reply! I have been going crazy from this stuff hearing and seeing things.

Also: Some advice I have for others is, Study the pills before you take them and don't take to much. Plus if you take to much your high isn't as good!!!!!! So be smart about what you take and maybe people won't be so hard on us about "how bad e is" and "how dangerous raves are"
 
might be a really good idea to post a report on these in the pill reports page so that no ne else gets sick from them- or worse.
how many did you take and how experienced are you with E?
 
No heroin, probably no crank. High doses of MDMA (Ecstasy) can cause eye rolling and vomitting. It could have also been PMA (paramethoxyamphetamine), a VERY potent amphetamine/empathogen...similar to MDMA, but MUCH more potent and potentially fatal in smaller doses than is MDMA.
But heroin in a pill is pure fiction. People sometimes get pills that knock them on their ass, so they have to make up a heroin myth to explain what happened. No lab tested pill has *ever* contained heroin.

people can have this reaction to a very strong MDMA pill...
things to keep in mind:
many people have never had real MDMA, they are used to taking some form of fake "xtc" containing speed or dxm or something.
if the red ck's do in fact have 180mg of MDMA then this is a huge amount. it would knock even me around...
if someone takes this sort of dosage, and isnt used to MDMA, and is a small person, and maybe is deficient in certain liver enzymes that breakdown MDMA... well its like going from nought to a hundred in no seconds... more than you can handle...
the first time you take a particular pill, any pill, you should start with a half... once you have felt the effects hit you, you can judge if you need more or the half will be enuf...
otherwise its just a waste, of your time and money... you freaked out and had a crap time, if you had taken a half then you might have had a fantastic time, and still had another half for another night...
you might be one of those kind of lucky people who are deficient in a liver enzyme that breaks down MDMA... this can be dangerous if you take too much... but one upside is that you will only need a small amount of MDMA to get you off... i know some people who are lucky enuf to roll all night on a quarter of a pill... of course they have to be especially careful they dont take too much...
know your druugs and know your dosage... dont rush into anything... if you do your research on the pill and especially on yourself, you will have a better chance of having an enjoyable roll
 
Red CK's are cool pills, I used to have a bunch...They gave me a smooth, mello roll for about 4 hrs...Unless a fake bunch is going around...Tested MDMA, I liked them...

Kitchen sink ahahahaah. I have this mental postcard of some grimy chemist just dumping a little smack, some crank, MDMA, and a nice loogie for good measure and then pressing it out with little pictures of kitchen sinks on the pillz. WooHoo!
