Mod, please move to OD if necessary (this is a "basic advanced" topic. :)).

A few threads have had relevant scraps, but I'm wondering if anyone could pull it all together:

I'd be interested in a summary of different entactogens' binding affinities propensities for neurotransmitter release (I don't have quite the right jargon) at 5ht, NE, and DA sites. Data on 5ht2a agonism might be useful too. Relevant agents might include:
MDMA
MDA
MDEA
MBDB
Methylone
4-FA
IAP

I'm guessing that the data would be missing for things that are more esoteric than these. Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, Cocaine, Psilocybin, DOB, and Citalopram (this is a relatively "clean" SSRI) might be useful "controls" for comparison.

Have you UTFSE? I'm certain there's been a thread on this either here or in the focus forums at some point in the past. ;)

edit: OK, I did the easy searches, and came up with no threads that had obviously relevant titles. Of course, this could be explained by the fact that vB's search function sucks. I guess this one will take a little digging to unearth…
