Comparing 2 legal smokes

Okay there are 2 herbal incense sold at the local herb shop.
The one im most familiar with and purchase is called Black magic.
I find it to be one of the better legal smokes and from what i understand it is all natural, it doesnt have any JWH.
Its ingrediants are :Damiana, Blue Lotus, Passion flower, Baybean, Lemon Grass, Dwarf skull cap, Indian Pennyworth, Marshmallow, Pink Lotus.
Any thoughts on these ingrediants? I know damiana is one of the main players in this blend but are there any others that have a role?

The other Incense i came across was Called Kush. I dont know much about it.
Its ingrediants are: Mullein leaf, lemon balm, Indian tobacco, passion flower, wild lettuce and California Poppy.
Can anyone tell me anythign about this blend?
any help would be appreciated, im thinking about trying the kush but i dont want to have any negative effects, as ive heard some people have from many legal smokes.

in attempt to answer the OP, if those mixes truly do NOT have JWH in them, then it should be a healthier smoke in theory. BUT they also are not going to get you into a deep mind altering state if that's what you are looking for. they will relax you, and that's about it.
 
All I know is that wild lettuce is supposed to be similar to opium, without the addictive qualities. I have personally used it before I went to bed and have had one of the best nights sleep of my life.

Anyway, no OP, you may take this discussion to the synthetic thread here in CD however, where this has been talked about a billion times.
